How to Make Knitted I-Cord
Cord is worked from the right side only; do not turn. Stitches will fold toward the wrong side to form a double thickness cord.
CO 3 sts on one double-point knitting needle.
Row 1: With another double-point, K3; do not turn.
Slide sts to opposite end of needle.
Row 2: Take yarn around the back side of sts and with
2nd needle, K3; do not turn. Slide sts to opposite end of
needle.
Rep Rows 1 and 2 until the cord is the desired length. BO.
